We have worked with a UK specialist vestibular physiotherapy practice for an extended period. The engagement covers two live public-facing websites and a clinical management portal used internally by the practice. The portal handles case tracking, patient records, and referral management for clinicians working across England. This is an active relationship — not a completed project — and we continue to develop and support the platform as the clinical practice grows.
We are also building our own software products — EasyERP — described below. That is our own engineering work, not client work, and we present it separately and honestly.
Working with Nett has been a genuine partnership. We identified that many industries — manufacturing, healthcare, retail, hospitality — are still running on outdated or generic software that doesn't fit how they actually operate. We are building purpose-built platforms for each.

Yes — direct clients are our primary focus. Most of our best work has come from working directly with a business owner, practice director, or operations lead who knows exactly what they need but doesn't want to manage the technical complexity themselves. You describe the problem; we translate it into software. You don't need a technical brief or a CTO to get started.
It depends entirely on scope. A focused web application or client portal typically takes 6–14 weeks from a clear brief to a working first version. A complex multi-module business system takes longer — sometimes months of iterative delivery. We don't give timelines before we understand the requirement, because a timeline without scope is just a guess. What we do commit to: regular delivery checkpoints and no surprises.
Every engagement is scoped individually. There is no standard rate card and we won't quote a number before understanding what you actually need. Some clients work with us on a fixed project basis; others on a monthly retainer for ongoing development and support. We would rather start with something appropriately sized and build a proper relationship than take on more than we can deliver well.
